With Singapore progressively moving away from Overseas Training Centres (OTCs), the Alternative Entry Pathway (AEP)<\/strong> is becoming an increasingly important route for employers recruiting new foreign construction workers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AEP framework allows eligible construction workers to complete structured vocational training in their home country and enter Singapore through the applicable BCA pathway, subject to approval and prevailing regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
